Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the 364ace platform. By registering or using the platform, you are considered to have accepted all of these terms.

1 Introduction and Definitions

After completing registration, 364ace may request valid identification documents for identity verification (KYC). 364ace has the right to withhold withdrawals if the required documents are not submitted.

2.1 Age Verification

The platform follows a strict policy against use by minors. If it is established that a user opened an account while under 21 years of age, that account will be closed immediately and the associated balance may be forfeited.

3 Account Management

Maintaining the security of your account is entirely your responsibility. Please keep the following in mind:

  • Keep login details confidential — Never share your password or username with any third party.
  • Unauthorized access — If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the support team immediately.
  • Account transfer — Selling, transferring, or renting your account or its balance to a third party is strictly prohibited.
  • Update contact details — If your email or phone number changes, update the information stored in your account.

3.1 Account Suspension

364ace may temporarily or permanently suspend any account without notice if suspicious activity, suspected fraud, or evidence of a rule violation is detected. The associated balance may be held during the investigation.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

364ace supports popular payment methods in Bangladesh. The rules for deposits and withdrawals are set out below:

  • Supported methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer.
  • Minimum deposit: ৳100 (per method).
  • Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
  • Withdrawal time: Processing is generally completed within 5–30 minutes after the request is approved.
  • Identity verification: Additional identity verification may be required for large withdrawal amounts.

4.1 Account Ownership

The payment method used for deposits and withdrawals must be in the name of the registered account holder. Transactions through a third party's account are not accepted and will be considered void.

4.2 Currency

All transactions on 364ace are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). If a transaction is made in a foreign currency, the applicable exchange rate will apply for conversion.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

364ace offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. By accepting these offers, the following terms automatically apply:

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000. If you deposit ৳42,000 the maximum bonus of ৳20,000 will apply and your total balance will be ৳62,000.

  • Wagering requirement: A 10x (ten times) wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus.
  • Winnings earned from a bonus must meet the wagering requirement before withdrawal.
  • Each eligible account may claim the welcome bonus only once.
  • A time limit may apply for meeting bonus-related requirements.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

  • Bonus credits cannot be withdrawn directly — they may only be used for playing games.
  • Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically permitted.
  • If misuse of any bonus is suspected, 364ace reserves the right to cancel that bonus.
  • Through the VIP program, weekly cashback is available by advancing through the Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum tiers.
Warning: If a withdrawal is attempted without meeting the bonus requirements, the bonus and associated winnings may be forfeited.

6 Gameplay and Betting

Slots, live casino, cricket betting, and other games are available on 364ace. The following gameplay rules must be followed:

  • Each game has its own rules, which are displayed within the game.
  • If a game is left incomplete due to a technical error, the result will be determined based on the last valid state.
  • If an irregularity is detected in a game result, 364ace may cancel that round and refund the bet.
  • 364ace is not obliged to honor any claim for winnings arising from a software error or display issue.

6.1 Cricket Betting

The cricket betting section allows bets on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and various other international tournaments. If a match is postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the applicable policy of 364ace.

7 Prohibited Activities

The activities listed below are strictly prohibited. Violating these prohibitions may result in account closure and forfeiture of balance:

  • Money laundering — Using the platform to legitimize illegal funds.
  • Bots and automation — Playing games using artificial intelligence, bots, or scripts.
  • Collusion — Attempting to gain an unfair advantage by coordinating with other players.
  • System exploitation — Taking advantage of technical vulnerabilities in the platform.
  • Multiple accounts — Operating more than one account by the same person.
  • Third-party transactions — Making deposits or withdrawals using another person's payment account.
  • Fraudulent information — Providing false or forged documents during registration or identity verification.
